Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of the or any other right or remedy.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputed arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

 

Our Courses

By Joining our courses you are in full agreement of the following:-

All payments must be paid for in full upfront – ( Finance also available ).   All payments must be made before the specified dates.  All payments are non-refundable.  If, due to unforeseeable reasons, a course has to be cancelled or you can no longer attend, we will reschedule your course to the next available course date.

All courses are limited. Your place on the course cannot be guaranteed until the course has been paid in full and you have received a confirmation of payment.

Paying for and/ or attending does not fully guarantee qualification or certificate of achievement. Award of achievement is gained by the successful fulfilment of the criteria set out by the awarding body. And receipt of the awarding certificate.

Students are encouraged from the beginning of the course to adopt sound time management strategies and are strongly advised to devise a study/participation framework will schedule allotted time periods of sufficient duration to adequately accommodate their studies.

All student certification is subject to verification and passed by VTCT

A good level of education is required to be able to complete written assignment to helps towards achievement.

You must be of legal age (18+) to complete our courses.

It is the responsibility of the student to complete the at home-learning prior to attending the course. `Failure to complete all the pre-course materials may result in not being able to attend training course and is at risk of becoming an un-achiever and losing out on the course payment fees.

Students are expected to contact LaserHQ Training Academy Limited as soon as possible if they are unable to make any course dates that have been arranged.

LaserHQ Training Academy Limited reserves the right to decline applications.

All students are required to observe and abide by all the policies regarding health & safety and any other regulations set out by LaserHQ Training Academy Limited.

No course material, presentation slides or manuals may be re-used, given out or sold without permission form LaserHQ Training Academy Limited.

Students will sign agreement forms to adhere LaserHQ Training Academy Limited regulations.

Students must present  themselves in a professional manor. Long hair tied back, closed in shoes, short neat nails, minimal jewellery and a professional uniform must be worn at all times.

Students must disclose at the outset if they have any learning difficulties and will require any reasonable adjustments to be made for them in respect of any examination time, difficulty with written work etc.
